Villa Ysabel consists of twelve (12) Luxury Condominium Apartment Units. There are six (6) end large Luxury Apartment Units and six (6) central units which are Luxury Double Condominium Apartment Units. All apartments are approx 150 sqm. and each full apartment has 3 balconies. Each apartment will be fitted to 5-star standards, superior to other resorts on Boracay. The apartments will comprise of 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/dining room. The apartments will be fully furnished and fully equipped, including kitchen and entertainment equipment and linen.

The Lodgings resort villas sit on a hilltop just to the left of the entrance of Fairways and Bluewater Boracay. Offering a little less space than Ysabel or Sophia, but keeping with the same high quality furnishings as the other villas.

The Lodgings will consist of seventy (70) studio type apartment units at approx 30 sqm. per unit. Whilst not affording the same ocean views as Ysabel or Sophia, they are very reasonably priced.
